Freeze drying is the state-of-the-art method of preserving flowers. Yet there are many factors beyond our control that effect preservation results. Fresh Picked Freeze Drieds can not be held responsible if the preservation process is not successful. Some flowers will change color, and over time colors can soften. The fresher the flowers, the better the results. A pickup service is available with advance reservations.

100% of the display price is required when the display is ordered. A display choice must be made within 4 weeks of receiving your flowers. Shipment or delivery of momentos must be received within 8 weeks of your order. After 8 weeks a storage fee will be added to your account.

Due to limited storage, Fresh Picked Freeze Drieds requests that arrangements be made for your finished flowers to be picked up or shipped within 7 days of being notified of completion. If you have not contacted us or picked up your flowers within 2 weeks, a $20.00 late fee will be added to your account. After 4 weeks, your flowers will be considered abandoned and all moneys and dried flowers will become the property of Fresh Picked Freeze Drieds. Please allow 10 to 12 weeks for completion of your display.
